Shortly after completing the survey your membership is credited with the LifePoints stated in the survey invitation. If you were not awarded the right amount of LifePoints for participating in a survey, please contact us and provide the survey number. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to look into the issue without a survey number, so it’s important that you supply it.
Please note: There is a slight delay of approximately 15 seconds for LPs to be credited to your LifePoints balance, once you complete surveys. You will see a circle rotating on the internet tab browser you are participating from, once it stops rotating, you will see your balance updated.
Occasionally, for some surveys including diaries, forums, discussion boards, webcams, etc, we don’t credit your LifePoints until the entire survey is closed. In these cases, if you have completed the survey, you should see the LifePoints added to your membership within 6-8 weeks of participation.
