We apologize for the issue you are experiencing when trying to access the surveys that are available to you on your dashboard.
Please make sure you:
- Login to your LifePoints Account. Click directly on the "start survey" button on your dashboard. Clicking anywhere else in the box will not allow you to access the survey. Please note, that clicking on the "start survey" within the email invitation you received will no longer take you directly to the survey but will require you to login to your account to access surveys.
- Turn off your Pop-Up Blocker.
