There are several reasons why your LifePoints account might be disabled, preventing you from logging in:
SPAM Complaints: To comply with strict SPAM regulations, we must deactivate any email address linked to a SPAM complaint in our database. If you believe your account was mistakenly deactivated, please Contact Us so we can see if it can be reactivated. In the meantime, add @LifePointsPanel.com to your safe sender/contact list.
Unsubscribed Account: If you have unsubscribed or requested us to cancel your membership, your account will be deactivated. If you change your mind and it is within 90 days, please Contact Us and we will reactivate your account. NOTE: If your account has been inactive/unsubscribed for more than 90 days, we are unable to reactivate your account and you will need to rejoin if you want to continue participating with our panel.
Email Bounce: If emails we sent to you were returned as undeliverable, your membership may be deactivated. This can happen due to a spam filter, an invalid email address, or a full mailbox. Ensure that @LifePointsPanel.com is added to your contacts or safe senders list and delete all unwanted emails from your inbox to begin receiving our emails.
User Agreement Violation: If we determine that you violated our Terms & Conditions, your membership will be suspended, and all LifePoints (LP) and unfulfilled reward orders will be forfeited. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions #16.
