While most surveys should credit immediately after completion, there are times when the LifePoints (LP) will be delayed.
Diaries, forums, discussion boards, webcams, bonus points, etc. are often credited through a manual process and takes much longer for the LP to post to your account.
If you completed a survey in full and do not see the LP within 4 weeks of completion, please Contact Us and provide us with the survey number so we can take a look.
