If you have not received your reward after this time, please:

3. Be sure you do not have a firewall setup that is blocking our emails.
Also, if you have placed an order before, your reward email may be stacked with the previous email that was sent to you the last time your reward was sent.
If you have checked your inbox and SPAM/JUNK folder and still cannot find your reward email after 5 days, please Contact Us and provide your Order ID so we can investigate for you.
