We strive to provide our members with as many survey opportunities as possible, but we can't predict exactly how often you'll receive them. Survey invitations are sent based on your lifestyle and interests. To increase your chances of receiving surveys, make sure to complete the 'More about you' and 'Boost Your Survey Eligibility' sections when they become available. These sections can be found on your 'Surveys' page under your LifePoints (LP) balance but will only be visible when there are new questions for you to answer and/or it's time to update your responses.
If you haven't received surveys for several weeks, it could be due to a suspension of your account for violating our Terms & Conditions. If your account is flagged by our security processes, you will no longer be able to participate with our LifePoints panel, survey invitations will cease and all unused LP are forfeited.
