This is a security feature we have in place in order to keep your account and our LifePoints Community safe.
When this happens, please go to your 'Surveys' page. If the survey is set up to allow restarts, you will find it in your 'Ongoing Surveys' tab at the top of the page.
If you do not see the survey listed, you will not be able to complete the survey. In this case, your information will not be shared and no LifePoints (LP) will be credited.
Don't worry, we will continue to send you new survey opportunities as they become available.
