If you want to request your data/information, follow these steps:
1. Click on 'Send us a note' below.
2. Add, 'I am requesting my data/information' in the Subject of the form.
3. Click the dropdown under, 'What brings you to the Help Center'.
4. Select, 'I need help'.
5. Select, 'with my Privacy'.
6. Select, 'Data Access Request'.
7. Add a description of why you are contacting our Support Team.
8. Click 'Submit'.
Please allow 30 days for your request to be fulfilled.
