If you have not received your reward after this time, please check your spam/junk folder in your email and make sure our LifePoints emails are not being blocked. You may do so by adding LifePoints as a safe sender with your email provider. Also, if you have placed an order before, the email may be stacked with similar emails received from us.
If you have checked your email inbox and spam/junk folder and still cannot find your reward email after 5 days, please contact us and provide the Order ID, and we will investigate the issue for you.
