Rewards are sent within 5 days of completing your order. If the time frame has passed, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder as sometimes your fulfilment email will end up there.
If you still do not see your reward email, it is likely that you have previously marked one of our emails as SPAM. When doing so, this prevents you from receiving ALL of our emails, including your reward fulfilment emails.
