You have the ability to control whether or not you receive email reminders about available surveys. If you wish to enable or disable these survey invitations, you can easily adjust your preferences in your account settings. Here's how:
1. Login to your account at https://app.lifepointspanel.com/login
2. Click on 'ACCOUNT'.
3. Click on 'CONTACT PREFERENCES'.
Here, you will find a toggle switch that allows you to turn survey invitation emails on or off according to your preference. When the toggle is 'blue' it is turned on to receive survey reminder emails.
Important Note: Please do not click 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of our emails, as this will deactivate your account from our panel and any unused LifePoints will be forfeited.
