If you didn’t receive your LifePoints membership activation/confirmation email, please try to login using the email address and password you used when completing the registration process. This will trigger the email to be sent to you again.
Then, go to your email account and check for the email that was resent to you. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder. Sometimes these emails can be flagged as spam by your email provider.
