Participants must enter their hygiene activities and their cosmetic and personal care product usage information for 7 separate days and must do so within 10 days from starting the diary.
You must add your activities to the calendar diary AND enter your product details in full for all 7 days. If you do not enter your product details, the day will not be counted as being complete. If you skip a day, you must remember to add that day's usage the next time. Failure to do so will result in the diary not being complete and LifePoints (LP) not being awarded.
