Initially, it takes around 20 minutes to enter basic characteristics (age, gender, etc.) and fill out the first day's information. After that, each consecutive day should only take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
Information must be entered for 7 separate days and all days must be entered within a 10 day time frame.
