To access and view these tickets, please follow the instructions below.
- Login to your member dashboard via our website
- Click on My Help Center
- Click on My Requests
With the Help Center, you are able to keep track of all the tickets you have sent in to us. Each ticket you submit is assigned a Ticket Number to help you keep track of each inquiry.
This will show you all of the tickets you have submitted, provide you with the status of the inquiry and allow you to click on each one and read the correspondence between you and the Help Team.
