Sometimes you are invited to a survey but the survey number is not available on your LifePoints dashboard. There are various explanations for this to happen.
Every now and then we place a survey link on your member dashboard before sending you the invite and perhaps you have already taken the survey before you receive the email invitation. It can also happen that we send you a second invite by mistake, for a survey that you have just completed.
A survey may be taken offline temporarily after the invitation has been sent out because of technical issues. If later the questionnaire becomes available again, the link will reappear on your member dashboard and it’s possible that you could receive a new invitation to complete it.
Normally, a member can participate in a survey during several days. But some surveys are more popular than others and close quickly. We always try to make sure that the members we invite have a fair chance of answering the survey, but we can’t always predict how popular a survey may be. That’s the reason some of them close unexpectedly quickly and the link to take them is removed from your dashboard immediately.
